How to Get Started

First choose a platform. There are many free platforms that offer an easy way for even the most tech-challenged people to get started. Choose a handle that is professional and easy to remember. It can include your name, or if you prefer to stay anonymous, any relevant words to your profession. Next, choose your template and color scheme. Keep in mind that you want this to be professional and easy to read. Think about websites you frequent and colors that you find difficult to read or nauseating to look at. Try to avoid text in bright colors, especially for the body of your work. A light colored background with black text is subtle but reliable. A dark background with light text is fairly versatile as well.
